EVERYDAY FREE SHIPPING – In order to offer you everyday free shipping, we do not have tracking on our orders shipped with this method. If you would like to receive your item faster and with tracking, please select and upgraded shipping method during checkout.

 

Your item should arrive in your mailbox, between 7-20 business days  after it is shipped.  Normally it’s 4-10 business days, but currently with the COVID-19 crisis, the postal system is expecting mail delays, especially in more remote and/or distant regions, so all mail estimates are just that, estimates. It may go faster or slower, depending on your locality. (Business days in Canada are Monday to Friday.)

 

Mail is an essential service and it remains operational in both Canada and the United States.  We shipped from Ancaster, ON, Canada; Canada post operates M-F only, excluding federal holidays.

There are no customs in Canada on ALL ORDERS! We are a Canadian company located in Ontario and we ship from Ontario.

 

There are no duties for the USA on all orders under $1,000 USD.

 

Customs & duties may apply to international locations depending on the country. Please see your local government rules and regulations.  We are not responsible for any additional cost involving duties.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods which includes:

 

  • EVERYDAY FREE SHIPPING – Shipped via Canada Post, no tracking, estimated 3-10 business days CANADA and 6-14 business days USA
  • FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING OVER $100 USD – FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY – Shipped via Canada Post, with tracking.  Certain items such may be excluded from the shipment and will ship by regular mail.  We will notify you if we need to split your order.  There’s no need for a code, we will automatically upgrade your order during shipment and send you the tracking number.
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING – Shipped via Canada Post, with tracking; cost varies by your region; for CANADIAN ADDRESSES ONLY
  • INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE – Rate varies from $10-$35 USD depending on your region.  No tracking available at regular flat rate. Please see “Do You Ship Internationally?” section for rate details and countries

We are pleased to offer flat rate international shipping to the following countries via Canada Post Small Packet Air.  The rate varies by region.

 

$10 USD – Western Europe (no tracking)Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom

$15 USD – Western Europe (tracked)Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom

$25 USD – Eastern Europe (tracked) – Items shipped to these countries must be shipped with tracking

$27 USD –  Asia (tracked) – Items shipped to these countries must be shipped with tracking

$45 USD – Latin America (tracked) – items shipped to these countries must be shipped with tracking to ensure delivery.

$12 USD – Australia & New Zealand (no tracking)

$17 USD – Australia & New Zealand (tracked)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment.  Please check your spam and trash folders if you have not white listed email from @dvne.us.  Orders shipped with EVERYDAY FREE SHIPPING and FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL will not be trackable.  Orders shipped with 2-Day Shipping are trackable- if you selected this shipping method, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.

 

For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business day to each shipping method’s expected delivery time.

Payment information

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express processed by STRIPE. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, dvnejewerly.co expressly reserves the right not to honour pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our us or refer to our return policy.

We use your contact information to fulfil your order accurately and quickly to improve your shopping experience. We respect your privacy and never share this information with anyone, except in connection with your order.

 

We process payments securely with STRIPE, no payment information is ever stored on our website.  Your payment and contact information is always secure.
